Rules and regulations
Rules and Regulations: When joining the guild you will immediately register on the website and install ventrilo, if you haven`t done so already,anyone not having either, without a valid reason, will get gkicked after 48 hours. Ranks •Gm/Gl – Guild owners •Officers – Generally Class leaders and Raid leaders •Members – All those that make the guild happen,those that have become initiate and pay a minimum fee of 50G to guild bank, will be promoted to member. •Initiate - After passing try-out period of 2 weeks and being accepted you`ll be promoted to this rank. •Alt - Everyone is allowed to have max.1 alt below 80 in this guid (Any need for more is decided upon by the Officers) •Try-out - All applicants will start off on a trial period of 2 weeks, after that Officers will decide if applicant fulfils the need of the guild, if they do they will be promoted to initiate, if not they will be requested to leave the guild or be gkicked. Raiding The following rules are here for the sole purpose of trying to have fun and good time while raiding,if anyone feels the need to comment about these rules they can do so in the forums where the officers will decide if changes are needed, once a decision has been taken no further discussions will take place.1)Raiding times and days still have to be made,however they will be 3 days a week, starting at 19.30 till 23.00. 2)All loot is distributed according to dkp bids that will be /w to appointed Loot master.However if officers think that an item should rather go to a core raiding member to make sure that progress is made, they will /w the winner of the bid and ask him to pass on the loot, if he does so, the core raiding member will receive the loot at the dkp bid from the original winner, if he doesn`t , GL or Gm will make the final decision. 3)Alts have a chance on gear only if mains don`t need loot for main or off spec. 4)Tryouts can bid and will accumulate dkp as long as they are on trial 5)Raiding with alts and tryouts is at RL discretion,they won`t join the raid if they are under geared and members ALWAYS have priority. 6)Dkp bids are always minimal ¼ of your total dkp. Dkp earned during the present raid is only added to your total the following day and does not count towards your dkp in present raid.The use of a minimal dkp bid of ¼ dkp is to make sure that no dkp farming exists. 7)Raid attendance has to be 60% a month or higher,not complying to this without a valid reason,given to Officers or GM,will result in a gkick.Even with a valid reason Officers and Gm preserve the right to gkick, however if the reason has been resolved and member wants to rejoin, he can,without loss of his dkp. 8)During raids ventrilo is used to ppl what to do ,so during boss fights and difficult trash pulls ONLY RL and anyone appointed by him will speak. 9)Raid chat and gchat should be used to a minimum during loot distribution so this can be done quickly and we can move on. 10)All need to sign up for raids on the calendar on the website, if for some reason you won`t be able to stay untill the end of the raid,say so in the sign up. Anyone leaving the raid before the end of official raiding time will be officially warned 2X at 3rd time of doing so he will be gkicked. 11)If more than 3 raids are made in 1 week no one HAS to come, if asked and you so no it`s no problem, however if you do have the time and feel like it ,it will be much appreciated by your fellow raiders. 12)Everyone will have enough flask/elixirs , buff foods and reagents for the entire raid on him, anyone that doesn`t have them will be warned 2x at 3rd time off not having either off them will result in gkick. 13)If raid starts at 19.30 be ready,with all needed mats ,out of groups ,at 19.15.Making 24 other ppl wait because you weren`t ready makes them itchy during raid and if we want to progress at an acceptable pace we all need to be focused. 14)At start of raid break times will be given,afk`s without notice to RL are unacceptable and will result in raid kick,afk`s with notice should be kept to a minimum. 15)At start of raid healers will be assigned their targets, all players that give buffs make sure everyone is fully buffed,during fight if someone gets a BR immediately try and rebuff, don`t have ppl beg for rebuffs. 16)At wipes don`t release, wait for RL to say wether or not to release, if he says so then IMMEDIATELY release , those that didn`t release and didnt /w with the reason to RL will get raid kick. 17)All greens and not used epics will be DE and go to GB. 18)Once GB has enough mats and gold it will start paying for high level enchants for core raiders.Remember that gold and mats don`t grow in GB so donations are always welcome and will help fellow members. 19)Keys and any rare drops that could be essential to the guild will always go to (in this order) GM ,RL ,Officers ,Members ,Alts (if their main hasn`t got it yet) ,Initiate ,Tryout. 20)My personal favorite,"you pull aggro you tank",anyone that causes a wipe because he isn`t paying attention will get -dkp,aggro pulling will only happen if you don`t know your class and if you are not using Omen, remember its way more important to stay alive than to be on top of dps. to be continued
